Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the unused item within 45 days in it’s original condition for a full refund.
Return shipping back to us is the responsibility of the customer. If we provide a return label this cost will be charged to the customer (US orders only). Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for any international orders.
All products should be returned in full resale condition (for gloves meaning minimally worn) with all original packaging. Any product damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items exchanged are not guaranteed to be in stock and customers may be defaulted to a refund (or store credit if desired) should they not wish to exchange for any other item.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or card to process all refunds.
**Orders on sale/priced down with a promo code are also eligible for refunds or store credit. Same rules apply per above.
