Lifetime Warranty:

All Philleywood products are always guaranteed / warrantied.

If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship we’ll repair or replace them with a like item free of charge and cover the costs of shipping back to you.

If you have a warranty claim, please send an email to paul@philleywood.com with a description of the problem & any supporting photos you’d like to share.

We’ll get back to you within a couple of business days with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the unused item within 45 days in it’s original condition for a full refund. Any product damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned. Items exchanged are not guaranteed to be in stock and customers may be defaulted to store credit should they not wish to exchange for any other item. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or card to process all refunds. 

Orders on sale/priced down with a promo code, aren’t eligible for refunds or store credit. These purchased items are only eligible for exchanges if size fails to fit or if there is a physical defect on the item that was not caused by the buyer.

Shipping Policy:

Philleywood ships using USPS & dispatches orders either same or next business day after your order is placed, provided all personal contact information is provided correctly & items are in stock.

We offer free domestic standard (first-class shipping) on all orders of $100 or more. We also ship Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express at customer expense & rates are calculated at checkout.

Transit times depend on location we ship to.

For International orders, Philleywood also uses USPS. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other charges levied by the importing country. All import costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Sales Tax:

Philleywood only charges sales tax on orders shipped to California Addresses.
