HIGH-PERFORMANCE TAILORED WINTER GLOVES

The Strasse X is the third in our collaboration series with Mission Workshop – San Francisco’s premier purveyor of weatherproof bags & technical apparel.

It's superior melding of material technology and classic craftsmanship make it the perfect utility glove suitable for a wide range of uses - from cold days out in the city to long days cycling or exploring the backcountry.

The top of hand is constructed from Schoeller® wb-400 softshell woven fabric. It’s a two-layer bonded textile with a highly breathable outer coating and inner insulating coating to protect against wind and rain. It’s NanoSphere® finished for extra water / oil repellence, breathability and abrasion resistance. It includes a c_change® membrane for adaptability in changeable conditions.

The palm side is constructed from Pittards® WR100X leather - an African Hairsheep raised and harvested in Ethiopia. It’s tanned and Water Resistance treated in the UK and provides tactile sensitivity, comfort, extended softness and durability. 

As with all Philleywood gloves, we make with meticulous attention to detail & personally inspect each pair before numbering and adding to the batch.

Made in small batches in California from soft shell Woven fabric made in Switzerland and leather of Ethiopian origin, tanned and treated in the UK.
